Application Fees: No fees!

Holding Fees: Equal to no more than one weeks rent, payable when your application has been processed and you have viewed the property. This is deducted off your first months rental income on move in.

Deposits: Between one month and five weeks rent.

Deposit Security: All deposits are secured in the DPS Custodial Scheme and there is no fee charged.

Late rent fees: 3% above bank base rate charged after 14 days have expired.

Renewal Fees: Replacement / New Tenancy Agreement £50.00 (inclusive of VAT).

Change of name: £50.00 (inclusive of VAT).

Additional Tenant: £50.00 (inclusive of VAT) to add tenant onto tenancy post move in following the expiry of a fixed term.

Request for early vacation: Should a landlord agree to an early vacation from the property the costs may be equal to the Landlords letting fee of £350.00 + vat with rent payable to the date the new tenant moves in. This cannot be guaranteed but is subject to Landlord approval.

Breach of Tenancy: Note that any breach of tenancy may result in charges being levied.
