Unlike many industries ABC has restricted during covid to ensure that the quality of our day to day management has not changed but remains in line with full Covid compliance but coupled with this, when the Government has allowed ABC have been able to maintain (with full social distancing) a comprehensive lettings service that has been run with such continuity of care that we have had some of our highest monthly tenancy completions during lockdown.
We are able to offer our 24/7 repairs service with some modification to ensure all tenants and contractors are kept safe.
Video viewings are offered on all properties and physical property viewings are undertaken on a strict 1:1 basis with full sanitisation before and after.
On the day of completion of a tenancy we have developed a system that ensures tenants can move into their property smoothly and without issue but also ensuring that there has been full compliance with all legal requirements for this tenancy.
Coupled with these effective viewing and move in services (which are still in full operation) we have also developed a method of safely inspecting property, therefore, where ever possible we have been able to maintain for our Clients a comprehensive inspection service for their properties.
As we are all aware The Master of the Roles has made a number of changes to the way in which notices can be served on tenanted properties which has for all intents and purposes brought the ability to evict a tenant to a standstill. It is believed that these will change at the end of September 2020 but further details will be released when available.
